- I won the 2024 TWAS-DFG Cooperation visiting fellowship for scientists from Sub Sahara Africa by standing 1 of the 25 awardees among more than 500 applicants.
- I won the 2014 TWAS-DBT Postgraduate biotechnology sandwich fellowship by standing 1 of the 50 awardees among more than 250 applicants from the global south.
- I Got a certificate for participation in an international conference “Landscape 2024” organized by ZALF and Humboldt University of Berlin in September 16-20/2024,.Berlin Germany
- I advised 7 students’ Msc theses researches in applied microbiology (plant-microbe interactions) at DebreMarkos University and assisted the students to graduate with very good and excellent results/marks (2022-2025).
